Vacancy Notice: Director

The H. Lavity Stoutt Community College, Robert Mathavious Institute for Financial Services (RMI) is now accepting applications for the position of Director. This role involves strategic leadership and management of the RMI’s operations, administration and faculty, consistent with the capacity building mission and vision of the RMI. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven senior management experience and skills, including planning and development, supervision, budgeting, performance management and project management;
• Relevant academic and professional credentials, and experience in higher educational administration, with professional qualifications emphasis; and
• Appropriate knowledge of the financial services industry, with emphasis on the human resources needs of the BVI jurisdiction.
